BURQ OFF! (An excerpt)
Written and Performed by Nadia P Manzoor
Directed and Developed by Tara Elliott

One Woman, Twenty-One Characters, A Burqa, A Bikini

Nadia Manzoor grew up a cultural yoyo, bouncing between her conservative Muslim home and her saucy English friends. She pioneers this jaunty tour featuring twenty-one characters, Bollywood dance moves, and at least one blackout drinking incident.

Manzoor has been featured in news outlets around the world including CNN International and Elle India.

HI, PRINCESS
Written by Mya Kagan
Directed by Elana McKelahan

The interaction between a young woman and her catcaller endures endless variations – in turns witty, satirical, absurd, and yet all too real.
